Humble Giant Refund Policy

All sales made through Humble Giant are final.

Due to the limited nature of our items and the custom/distressed production process, we do not offer refunds for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color or style preference

  • Wear or use after delivery

Damaged Items

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if an item arrives damaged or defective.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos of the damage must be provided

  • The item must be unworn and unwashed

Approved damaged-item claims will be resolved with store credit or a replacement, at Humble Giant’s discretion.

Store Credit

If a return is approved, store credit will be issued.
Store credit:

  • Never expires

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

  • Cannot be transferred

Final Sale Items

All acid-washed, distressed, and limited-edition items are considered final sale due to their one-of-a-kind nature. Variations in wash, distressing, and color are intentional and not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items returned without prior approval
